Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions section is a contract between Master Appliance Doctor LLC and our customers. We are making Our services available to Our customers, and those customers must follow these rules set forth for service.

Terms and conditions agreement:

  • Withdraw and cancel of services 24hours ahead of appointment.
  • We at Master Appliance Doctor LLC do not have control over shipping delays of parts electrical issues or website down time. That said if any of these do arise, we will contact you to let you know, or pls reach out to us and we will promptly het back to you.
  • We Reserve the right to all of our logos and info on our site and shall not be permitted for use without permission.
  • We do also ask for customers to conduct themselves in a professional manner, when
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding re the appliance is becomes the technician work area, unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any of the above conditions. "Please Treat our Technicians the way you would like to be treated."
  • Appliances will have to be accessible for the Technicians to work on them.  For example room for the item to be moved out, no small access points or high points for the tech to drop down through, if there is a dryer on the top of a washer the dryer will have to be taken down, for the technician to work on the washer, and or the dryer must have significant space for the technician to get to the back of the dryer.
  • We are here to assist you with your appliance needs and as such will to the best of our ability not to create any damage to your appliance or surrounding areas. 
  • By booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to have our technicians arrive where the appliance in with someone at the location and agree to a damage waiver for any accidental damage to the appliance or surrounding area.
  • We do reserve the right to terminate customer accounts with or without notice and will provide a reason why.
  • We do request for the safety or our technicians, your pets, animals, livestock, etc. to be secured before our technicians arrive.  So that works can commence, immediately and for safety concerns.

Master Appliance Repair Return and Refund Policy to customers.


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • A part can only be returned and refunded if it is not installed in the appliance, and or if it is still in resalable condition.  
  • The trip charge and diagnostic fee will NOT be refunded. In an instance that more is wrong with appliance which would require more parts and more cost the customer will have to option to continue with the repair or discontinue service of said item.
  • State of return (e.g. unworn)
  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
  • If a refund is required LESS THE TRIP & DIAGNOSTIC FEE, then it will be issued by Master Appliance Doctor LLC not the technician for the remainder of the amount.
  • Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
  • Process of refund (processing time for refunds can be 2 to 4 weeks depending on the bank and or creditor.
